Theresa is a certified RYT yoga teacher living in McCall, ID.

Theresa brings her yoga teachings, breathing, meditation and mindfulness practice to those seeking to find connection and peace in their own hearts. She makes her teachings available to everyone, regardless of their level of physical ability. Private session are individualized to explore modifications for physical challenges, students with cancer or chronic illness, and those who don't feel comfortable in a regular class situation.

Sessions take place at Jug Mountain Ranch.
