Terri Kim Bowyer RYT and Owner/operator of Merritt Island Yoga Studio, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School YogaFit (RYS). Merritt Island Yoga Studio is a YogaFit Training Systems Worldwide Partner and I am a YogaFit Preferred Teacher! Personal Trainer w/AFAA for 10 years, a Pilates Instructor w/SCW, Group Fitness Instuctor w/both AFAA & ACE and a Certified SilverSneakers Instructor w/Healthways.  I am also First Aid/CPR/AED Certified w/Red Cross.  Teaching a safe & effective classes is my mission.  My commitment to fitness is par none.  I believe in myself and will be delighted to help you believe in yourself!  I am honored to have been invited to teach Yoga at numerous Assisted Living Facilities in Brevard Co.
