Terri discovered yoga in her 30s to work with chronic pain that had developed after a couple of car accidents in her 20s. The physical benefits were immediately apparent and soon she realized the emotional and spiritual benefits as well.
She completed her 200 hour training with Scott Anderson (Alignment Yoga) in 2008 and followed up with her 500 hour, completed in 2014. She’s also trained with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley in Chicago and California. Terri believes that continual training and teaching help to keep yoga fresh. She is a Registered Yoga Alliance Teacger
