Hi, I’m Suzan. I am passionate about being a yoga and meditation teacher. Teaching has always been a part of my soul: from teaching second grade to remedial reading to aerobics, to yoga, and Reiki; but teaching the benefits of meditation and how it changed my quality of life is maybe the most important thing I have ever done. Meditation is the game changer. When I buckled down and began meditating daily for longer and longer periods of time my spiritual journey finally took flight. Not only for my yoga and Reiki practice, but for my outer and inner worlds of feelings, desires, concentration, and acceptance. Meditation has helped me walk the path of transformation, answer the question “Who am I?,” articulate what I truly desire, and finally let go of old stories that no longer serve me. It has taught me a whole new way to approach myself, trust others, and move through the world with grace and ease. My life has been enriched in more ways than I ever could have imagined through meditation. Still a life long student, I learn something about myself through meditation each and every day. My greatest joy is to share this practice with others so they can join me on this path of wellness and happiness.
Suzan is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
