Susan Miller is a Registered Nurse with 20 years of experience. Her passion is Health Education and Behavior Change. She became a yoga student in 2005, then an instructor in 2007. The foundation of yoga is the union of mind and body. Posture (asana), Meditation (dhyana), and Breathwork (pranayama) are the path to achieve Harmony (sattva). A regular mindfulness practice helps clear the noise and bring sense of calm. Learning to stay present through awareness is a gift she would love to share.
