Christina has been practicing yoga since she was 19, and it has become a steady thread in her life- bringing balance, strength, and clarity through all of life’s seasons. Earning her teaching certification was a natural next step, allowing her not only to deepen her own practice but also to share with others something she truly loves.

Her classes are welcoming and fluid, rooted in the belief that yoga meets you exactly where you are. Christina loves creating space for students to connect with their breath, move with intention, and experience both the calm and energy that yoga offers. Her goal is to provide a supportive environment where students of all levels feel comfortable, find balance, and leave a little more centered than when they arrived. For Christina, teaching is about sharing- not perfection, but presence- and she is grateful each time she gets to guide others on the mat.
