Tanya Myers (RYT® 200, RCYT®) is a yoga and mindfulness teacher with 200-hour YTT and 95-hour Children’s Yoga certifications. With over 20 years of practice, she creates inclusive, trauma-informed classes designed to support students of all ages and stages of life. Her teaching blends breath, movement, and curiosity, offering accessible sequences that help students feel grounded, balanced, and at home in their bodies.
