Adele OuYang (RYT-200) is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, somatic healing and sound practitioner, and Certified Conscious Parenting Coach. Adele received her BA in Psychology from CUNY Hunter College in New York City. She has training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga, Somatic Attachment Therapy. Her work blends yoga, Somatic Stress Release™, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, and frequency-based sound healing with deep inner work, including somatic inner child healing and parts work.
She facilitates classes, workshops, retreats, women’s circles, and 1:1 sessions designed to help people release stored stress, re-pattern old survival strategies, and cultivate safety, presence, and self-leadership. Her signature Somatic + Sound events weave somatic movement and stress release practices with sound healing, creating a full-body reset that supports both the nervous system and the subconscious. Participants are guided to process and release what the body has been holding, while sound vibrations open deeper layers of integration and restoration.
Adele’s offerings invite individuals to slow down, listen inward, and explore yoga, sound, and somatic practices as pathways to resilience, authenticity, and empowerment. Her mission is to guide others home to themselves and support the embodiment of their Higher Self.
