Archana Amlapure is a certified Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist, and Founder-Director of Ojas Yoga & Wellness in Singapore. She is also the author of Health, Happiness, Harmony. With over 8 years of experience, she has guided more than 5,000 individuals in their journey toward health, happiness, and balance.
She holds an M.Sc. in the Science of Yoga and Living and is trained in Medical Yoga Therapy, allowing her to combine traditional yoga wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches. Beyond regular classes, Archana conducts specialized workshops on Pranayama, Meditation, Headstand, Posture Correction, Yoga Wheel, Stress Management, and Women’s Wellness.
Her studio, Ojas Yoga & Wellness, was named among the Top 10 Corporate Wellness Companies in Singapore (2023), and she has created impactful programs for organizations covering Stress Management, Productivity, Posture & Pain Relief, Happiness Management, Chair Yoga, and Laughter Yoga.
Archana also leads international yoga retreats and is invited as a speaker at wellness and corporate events across Asia, where she shares her insights on stress, wellbeing, and holistic living. Her mission is to help people transform their lives with balance, vitality, and harmony.
