Beyond her corporate career, Aman has always held a deep passion for wellness. She began her yoga journey in May 2014, and what started as a personal practice soon became a way of life. Over the years, she has explored and embraced various styles—Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha—which have nurtured both her mind and body. Today, she is proud to share that passion with others as a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (200-Hour RYT), certified through Sanara Studio in Southlake, TX.

As a teacher, Aman’s style is warm, approachable, and rooted in connection. She loves guiding students through energizing flows that build strength and confidence, as well as gentle, restorative practices that encourage rest and reflection. In heated classes, she helps students push past their limits with care, while her spiritually oriented classes create space for grounding, intention, and self-discovery. Above all, her goal is to make every student feel seen, supported, and inspired on their own yoga journey.
