A self-proclaimed nerd and crazy cat lady Emma started practicing yoga in 2017 when her employer offered free classes as a wellness benefit. Knowing nothing about yoga except "it was boring" she was surprised to discover how much she enjoyed the class and the positive impact on her physical and mental health.
Over the years her practice has expanded to include mindfulness, breath work, and functional range mobility. After years of practice Emma took her love of yoga to the next step and became a RYT 200 hour registered yoga teacher. Her passion is making yoga fun and accessible for everyone, no matter their age or skill level.
