Drawing on an extensive background as a Somatic Arts Practitioner, Alexandra combines deep expertise with an unwavering passion for guiding others toward holistic well-being. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Dance from Texas A&M University and extensive training in Eastwest Shin Somatics® and Rooted BodyBased™ somatic arts practices, she brings a rich and diverse foundation to her work.

Known for creating profound transformations, Alexandra’s devotion to her craft and intuitive ability to connect deeply with others inspires empowerment in those she serves. Her approach to somatic healing is both innovative and deeply sacred, offering individuals an experience that honors their unique path. Grounded in the belief that dance is the most ancient form of medicine, her modality integrates somatic movement, creating a deeply transformative and holistic path to healing. Believing that personal healing strengthens life’s interconnected web, she encourages a shared vision of growth and collective transformation.

Through a heart-centered somatic modality, she artfully weaves years of education, experiential knowledge, and a profound connection to nature rooted in Indigenous ancestry and embodied wisdom. This integrative approach empowers individuals to uncover their purpose and rediscover the flow of creation, fostering resilience and reciprocity through the natural world.

Clients are drawn to Alexandra’s grounded presence and her natural ability to cultivate an environment of trust and belonging. Through her skillful facilitation of restorative somatic art practices, she invites a sense of wonder and curiosity, guiding clients to connect with their deepest emotions and awaken their active imagination. By illuminating the body’s wisdom, she helps individuals find relief from physical pain, identify and heal generational patterns, and align with their heart’s truth.

With deep reverence for Indigenous traditions and her lineage, Alexandra integrates ritual and ancestral wisdom into her sessions. Her therapeutic spaces are sanctuaries of safety and empowerment, where clients can express themselves freely, rediscover their vitality, and confidently step into their truth.
