I am Aldona, a yoga teacher, passionate about movement and various sports, and a guide for those who want to reconnect with their bodies and build true inner strength. I blend yoga, functional movement and mindfulness to help people move with purpose, breathe deeper, explore stillness, find balance and feel more at peace with themselves.
Since 2024, I’ve been teaching Yoga, Movement & Meditation in studios, private homes, outdoor and online. I’m also the founder of yin.flow which is a growing space for conscious connection, nervous system support and embodied transformation.
My unique approach blends Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Myofascial Release, guiding students through practices that are both restorative and energizing. I also specialize in Yoga for Athletes.
In my classes I create safe space to land in the body, combining strength with softness, movement with stillness. You’ll explore deep flexibility, build sustainable mobility and strength and return to your center - all while cultivating awareness and ease.
