My teaching blends traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and mobility-based practices, supporting both inner stillness and outer strength. I guide students through sustainable, discipline-based progress—whether it's deepening their flexibility, building confidence in arm balances, or establishing a daily routine rooted in Ayurvedic lifestyle.
Having spent time studying in India and living close to nature, I infuse each class with simplicity, presence, and intention. My mission is to help people come back to their bodies, their breath, and their sense of clarity.
