Since I was little, I’ve loved dancing and moving. In 2016, I discovered yoga and the mat quickly became my safe space, a place where I feel deeply connected to myself.
After completing my Vinyasa and Hot Hatha Teacher Training at Yoga Moves, I developed a strong passion for sharing yoga with others. I’m always curious: about life, movement, and yoga. You’ll often find me on the mat, learning and finding inspiration from fellow teachers.
In my classes, I guide you to listen to your body, explore creative movement, and find the balance between softness and strength. With a positive and down-to-earth approach, I help you feel at ease and connected to yourself.
