Trees that reach skyward, rivers that carve deep grooves into canyons, plains that merge with the horizon - these are just a few of the things that inspire Sarah’s practice.
Originally from Hilo, Hawaii, Sarah has found home in a variety of places. One of them being by the ocean. The other being yoga.
After practicing on and off for nearly ten years, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2023 with
Moksha Yoga Amazónica in Peru, studying under
Emily Cordes,
Danni Cullen, and
Arbely Rubalcava.
Most recently, she deepened her practice under the thoughtful guidance of instructors
Jazmin Ment,
Cynthia Abulafia, and
Dora Chan through Yoga Soup’s 2025 300-hour advanced teacher training,
The Embodied Path.
Forever a student, Sarah aspires to hold space through deep gratitude and presence, all while inviting curiosity and play into each experience.
She currently teaches vinyasa style asana classes that explore the connection to our breath through both movement and stillness.
