Rebecca (Becca) Wolfe has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sharing Yoga in her hometown of Concord, NH. Yoga has remained her steady guide through all of life‘s many ups and downs, and she loves sharing the benefits of a regular yoga practice with others! While taking classes with Becca, she hopes you feel supported on and off the mat, empowered to listen and honor your body, guided towards self-compassion, and encouraged to live your own authentic practice.

Becca has three children of her own and has always enjoyed practicing yoga with them. She strongly believes in the power of connecting to our inner child and brings a sense of humor and fun to every class. Becca is especially excited to be sharing yoga with the children and future leaders of our communities! She also teaches yoga to adults.
