Hi, I’m Julie — a gentle Hatha yoga teacher, sound practitioner, musician, and proud cat mom to two marmalade cats and one mysteriously cool black cat.
For over 30 years, my husband and I have ridden the wild, beautiful waves of the music industry. These days, we call sunny Pompano Beach, Florida home.
Movement has always been a part of my life — I was an avid runner for years, pounding the pavement with purpose. But as time moved on (as it does), my body began whispering — and eventually shouting — that it needed something different. Something healing. That’s when yoga found me.
What began as a way to manage stress and inflammation quickly unfolded into a deep, soulful path. Yoga became more than poses — it became a way of life rooted in movement, meditation, sound, and stillness. I fell in love with its philosophy, its ancient wisdom, and the vibrational magic of sound healing.
Today, I teach a gentle, nurturing Hatha yoga style with a splash of sound bath serenity. My classes are intentionally designed to go deeper into the poses — not through force, but through breath awareness and mindful exploration. We slow down to feel, to listen, and to move with purpose. It’s a space to soothe the nervous system, invite healing from the inside out, and reconnect with your own rhythm.
