Something happened with the arrival of the new century (year 2000) that I was drawn to meditation very strongly. 

Realizing that I could not sit still, much less sit cross legged on the floor, I realized something was wrong with my body and nervous system. I somehow heard or found out yoga was designed to have deep meditation as its goal and that yoga asana was a preparation for sitting still in meditation. I dived right into it and embraced it fully. It was painful yet beautiful and without knowing it, it became a way of life.

Since I am passionate and a bit of a perfectionist always striving to better myself and grow, it' been an endless journey.

Looking back I have explored and learned from many of the main traditions and lineages, encountered highly influential teachers first hand, by taking trainings and workshops and immersing in retreats. To be able to say today that I have over 1000h of professional training and over 6000h of teaching experience. Who would have guessed! But time moves so fast and it's fun when you're loving the journey, and I somehow know it's just the beginning !

With that said, I want to continue to grow and learn, and while at it, give back and share a little of what other more capable, skillful, learned, generous and kind teachers have shared with me along the way.
