Tori is a licensed social worker and yoga instructor. She believes that we all possess an
infinite and intrinsic capacity for growth, a belief that effortlessly transcends into her
teaching. Tori’s approach is informed by both her professional experience as a first
responder and social worker, as well as her own lifelong, deep healing journey.
She strives to thoughtfully infuse a sense of safety and empowerment into her trauma-
informed and embodied offerings, leveraging the power of both her clinical experience and spiritual practices. Whether you meet her for a HIIT, vinyasa, hatha, or sound healing, she hopes to leave you feeling more grounded.
Her passion for embodied practices arose from her recognition that therapeutic journeys
are fundamentally incomplete without learning to reconnect with and love one’s body.
Tori completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) and sound healing certification in spring 2025 and will continue her journey with a 300-hour YTT this summer.
Additionally, she has earned certifications in CrossFit and nutrition, incorporating functional fitness and strength training into her life for over a decade. She loves immersing herself in continuing education to offer person-centered approaches that integrate both Western and Eastern practices.
When she’s not on the mat or buried in a book, you might find her running, biking, hiking,
and spending time with her three beloved dogs and wife.
