Welcome friends! My name is Jerah - pronounced like Sarah but with a J instead of a S. I began practicing yoga in 2004 as part of a rehabilitation process for an ankle athletic injury. Once fully recovered, I continued to explore yoga for its physical and mental benefits, making it a regular part of daily life for the past 20+ years. In 2025, I earned the Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) certification through Yoga Alliance.
I am passionate about teaching yoga to people of all bodies, abilities, ages, and fitness levels. The focus is on proper alignment, thoughtful sequencing, and breath-led movement to create a safe and mindful practice. I guide you toward your individual goals while promoting overall well-being and any individualized modifications needed.
Believing in the power of community, I combine structured and playful sequences that offer various options to safely challenge the body and expand the mind. For me, mind-body balance is essential for a healthy, fulfilling life.
