Nikki is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Oxygen Fitness Studio. She currently teaches in Savannah, Georgia at As You Are Yoga Studio.
Nikki's yoga practice combines Hatha and Vinyasa styles with trauma-sensitive techniques, mindfulness, and spirituality. She is passionate about using yoga to restore the mind-body connection and foster resilience. With a background in mental health, she integrates this experience into her teaching. In addition to being a yoga instructor, Nikki is also a cycle instructor & writer. She invites others to join her on a transformative journey of growth and self-discovery through mindful movement.
Nikki believes yoga should be accessible to all and the world would be a better place if more people experienced the power of yoga.
