My name is Guzel and I teach Yoga in Market Harborough, UK. I have always been interested in yoga and my passion grew stronger just before the lockdown - having lived in a big city for a year has left me wishing to find a way of grounding and calming down. Yoga has also helped me during my pregnancy and after diving into motherhood yoga has always been a getaway to being myself again. It has helped my mental and physical health when I felt down.
During my professional career as a director of a music tuition company, I have always found joy in empowering others, particularly women, to unlock their potential. This passion led me to pursue a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, which I completed over the course of a year.
With experience in teaching both one-on-one and small group classes, I bring a gentle yet energising approach to my sessions. My teaching philosophy focuses on helping students find balance between their body, breath, and mind. I believe yoga is for everyone, and I design my classes to be progressive, accommodating all levels of practice.
