I began my yoga journey in 2009, drawn to its physical strength and mental clarity. While I enjoy various styles, I’ve found a special appreciation for the structure and discipline of traditional Bikram Yoga, establishing a consistent practice by 2019. In 2022, I started exploring Ashtanga Yoga, which deepened my appreciation for the flow of movement, breath, and advanced poses.
Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Himalayan Institute in 2023 to learn about yoga’s lineage and breath-aware Hatha Yoga. In 2025, I completed a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, studying creative Vinyasa yoga and advanced poses with Cathy Madeo, and Yin Yoga with Ellen Mosko.
My teaching style is inclusive and supportive, creating a welcoming space for all. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and proper alignment, I hope to help students find a flow into self-discovery and stillness with consistent practice. Namaste.
