As a newly registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others. My journey began with a deep appreciation for yoga’s physical benefits, which eventually blossomed into a love for its holistic approach to mind, body, and spirit. I am committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where students of all levels can build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. With a compassionate and empowering approach, I aim to guide my students in cultivating balance and peace both on and off the mat.
