I am a Yoga Alliance 200 RYT certified yoga instructor. I’m also a marathon swimmer and former triathlete (Olympic and Half-Ironman distances). I got hooked on yoga after my first class 20 years ago. At first drawn to the intense physical workout, over time I came to appreciate the mental clarity and spiritual opening it brought me.
I help athletes use yoga to improve performance, enhance focus, or add restoration to their training. I also work with older adults to improve balance and flexibility and maximize their independence.
