I have been a dedicated yoga student since 2000, on a path of growth, transformation, and deep connection. Along the way, I’ve been guided by incredible teachers who have shaped my practice in meaningful ways, and I strive to offer that same inspiration and support to my students.

As a Hatha Yoga teacher, I lead practices that bring balance to the mind, body, and soul, weaving yoga philosophy and the Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga) into each class. My classes are more than just movement—they are a space for students to find stillness, strength, and joy.

Through breath, mindful movement, and reflection, I help students deepen their connection to themselves and their yoga journey. Yoga is a lifelong practice, and I’m grateful to walk this path alongside my students, creating a space for growth and self-discovery.
