Namaste, I'm Jule, a certified Yoga and Reformer Pilates teacher with a deep passion for movement and mindful strength. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at House of Om in Bali, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, where I discovered the power of dynamic yet intentional flows.
My classes are designed to be both challenging and supportive, helping you build strength, flexibility, and resilience. I also focus on women’s health, offering cycle-aware training that aligns with your body’s natural rhythms. However, my sessions are open to everyone—men are, of course, always welcome to join and benefit from the practice as well.
