My first encounter with yoga began in 2016 with Acro Yoga, and soon, yoga became an inseparable part of my life. Throughout this journey, I had the opportunity to take valuable trainings that deepened both my physical and spiritual practice:

In 2019, I successfully completed Chris Chavez’s 200-hour Foundational Teacher Training Program.

That same year, my Acro Yoga partner and I participated in the international Acrovinyasa Acro Yoga Challenge and won the grand prize—an invitation to the Acrovinyasa Teacher Training in Bali. This unique experience allowed us to take our knowledge and practice to the next leveI.

In 2024, I completed the 30-hour Fly Yoga Training at ZK Yoga Studio.

For me, yoga is not just a physical practice; it is a profound journey that harmonizes the body, mind, and heart, guiding us toward our true essence. This path sheds light on every aspect of life, offering a way of living that nourishes the soul.

My goal is to share the knowledge and experience I have gained along this journey while continuing to learn and grow every day. Let’s take a step together toward creating new balance and awareness in our lives.
