My journey with yoga began as a way to heal from chronic back injuries, and over time, it became a path to finding balance, peace, and inner strength. I truly believe that yoga is more than just movement—it’s a way to cultivate self-love and awareness, acceptance, and a deeper connection to your mind, body, and soul.
I hold a degree in transformative coaching from Animas (2021) and completed my yin and vinyasa yoga training at You Are The Buddha in Breda (2023). I’m currently expanding my expertise through somatic yoga training, as well as an NLP coaching course, to further bridge the gap between emotional healing and physical wellbeing.
In my practice, I guide you through easy flow, yin, and restorative yoga, while weaving in somatic movements, breathing techniques, and mindfulness to create a truly heart-centered experience. Each class is a sacred space where you can slow down, tune in, and honor your body for all it does, creating a space for self-exploration, rest, and rejuvenation. Using storytelling, visualizations, and moments of reflection, my classes encourage you to find your own rhythm, embrace your imperfections, and reconnect with your inner beauty. It’s about thanking your body and recognizing its wisdom, allowing yourself the freedom to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
