My journey with yoga began in my early twenties, as I dealt with longstanding anxiety and depression. The healing and transformation I experienced inspired me to share this gift with others, earning my first teaching certification in 2007. Since then, I’ve studied with incredible teachers—including Ben Vincent, Indu Arora, Mona Ceniceros, and Sarah Longacre—who have deepened my understanding of yoga’s richness and depth.
With certifications in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and advanced prenatal yoga, I hold the titles of E-RYT 200 and RPYT. I also created Sacred Feminine Dance, a unique practice that reflects my deep passion for both yoga and dance.
I honor the sacred origins of Yoga in India and the sacrifices made to preserve these practices. I continue to study in the Himalayan tradition with my teacher, Ben Vincent, and remain deeply grateful for his guidance, the profound wisdom of yoga, and the unwavering support of my spiritual community. I am honored to share my experience of these teachings with you.
Each yoga practice is an opportunity to connect with yourself and attune to the flow of energy that nurtures healing and balance. Rooted in the traditions of Hatha Yoga, my classes blend intentional movement, breathwork, guided relaxation, chanting, and meditation to harmonize body, mind, and energy. In this welcoming and supportive space, you’ll cultivate strength, awareness, and a deeper connection to the world within and around you, leaving each session feeling grounded, renewed, and empowered.
