Let's practice Yoga!  I have been practicing since 2017. My practice is rooted in breath-based Hatha Yoga, emphasizing mindful movement to develop flexibility, balance, strength and inner focus.  I appreciate gentle stretches to open, and both dynamic movement and static holds inside the asanas.  Slow-flow sequences often round out the class, cultivating a sense of restoration, harmony and growth.  My mission is to "expand the light within" by fostering a supportive and transformative Yoga experience.  I hold both the RYT200 Registered Yoga Teacher and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapy (CCHT) credential. Along with breath work, this integrates the mind-body connection into my teaching. Please join me in sharing practice together.
