Amelia Pane Schaffner – 

Amelia, a native Italian from Sorrento and Rome, who has lived in the USA for 20+ years, is a certified yoga teacher (CYT200), a student of ancient classics from both the West and the East, a long-time meditator, writer, photographer, Italian cuisine expert, and a curious questioning soul. 

After 20 years in a successful corporate career (from strategy consulting, to innovation, to start-up growth, to academia), Amellia took on a journey of self-discovery, slow travelling Europe for 12 months while taking yoga daily wherever she was, then becoming Yoga teacher certified in Costa Rica, and going deeply inwards through meditation and the study of ancient texts. 

Amelia is building a novel practice where she will guide curious minds to culture-rich and beautiful places around the world, especially her home country, Italy, for mindful travel experiences, bringing together yoga, meditation, history, wisdom traditions, and cooking.
