About Me
Welcome to a practice where yoga becomes more than movement—it becomes a journey home to yourself.
My relationship with yoga began over 20 years ago when I first stepped onto the mat seeking relief from spinal issues. What I discovered was far more profound than physical healing. Through dedicated practice, yoga has revealed itself as a beautiful philosophy for living, nourishing mind, body, and spirit in equal measure.
As a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructor with nearly two years of teaching experience, I offer trauma-informed classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. Each session is infused with timeless wisdom from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras and dharma teachings, creating classes that honor yoga's rich tradition while meeting you exactly where you are.
What to Expect
In my classes, you'll find careful attention to proper alignment and abundant modifications—because yoga should support your body, not challenge it beyond its limits. Each practice concludes with an extended savasana featuring guided meditation and the gentle resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, creating space for the profound integration that happens in deep rest.
I believe yoga is a universal tool for transformation that transcends religious boundaries and welcomes all belief systems. Whether you're a beginner taking your first steps or an intermediate practitioner deepening your journey, my classes offer a safe space to explore your full potential.
Experience & Training
Beyond studio teaching, I have the privilege of guiding mind-body connection practices for teens in residential treatment, witnessing daily the profound healing power of this ancient practice. As a qualified ThetaHealing® practitioner, I also offer specialized meditation techniques that support unique healing journeys.
My studies in Consciousness and Positive Psychology, combined with my experiences as a wife and mother to four children, continuously deepen my understanding of yoga's holistic nature and its power to enrich every aspect of life.
My Invitation to You
In our time together, I invite you to discover that yoga extends far beyond the mat—it's about cultivating a way of being that supports you in living with greater presence, compassion, and joy.
Come as you are, and let's explore this beautiful practice together.
