Miranda is an E-RYT 200 yoga alliance instructor who was raised in Colorado. She has been practicing yoga for 20 years and loves the mind/body connection it provides. She believes that yoga is for everybody and can heal almost anything that ails us.
In her college years, Miranda studied criminal justice, sociology, psychology, and dance. After an unexpected ailment, she chose to heal herself with yoga and proper nutrition. It was then in 2018 she discovered her love for teaching yoga and sharing her journey with others. Leaving behind her former career goals, she has made it her mission to create classes that are approachable to everyone. When she is not on the mat, Miranda works with dementia clients and spends time with her husband and daughter. She loves the beach, food, and trying new things.
