Bio:

Mario Clemente is a dedicated spiritual researcher and experienced Hatha Yoga and meditation teacher. Mario's journey began in childhood when he first encountered Buddhism. However, it was only later, upon meeting his first teacher, Rishi, that he embarked on formal studies, delving deeply into Tibetan Buddhism and its profound wisdom. Through this foundation, he seamlessly integrates ancient teachings into his practice and teaching. He continued studying Hindu philosophy rooted in Patanjali's teachings, he seamlessly integrates ancient wisdom into his practice and education.

Mario has attained the fourth level of Nei Qi Gong, further enriching his understanding of the body-mind connection through this powerful internal energy practice. His spiritual journey has taken him to places of profound learning, including China, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and other regions, where he has explored and immersed himself in the doctrines and philosophies of the East.

Guided by the principle that “the vision must be as vast as the sky and conduct as subtle as sand,” Mario brings a sense of expansiveness and mindfulness to every class. He deeply honors the kindness and wisdom of the masters and teachers he has encountered along the way, whose guidance continues to inspire his path.

Mario’s teaching style fosters a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, creating a space for students to explore their inner worlds while building strength, balance, and peace.

Mario Clemente is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
