I practice and teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Anusara yoga, combining mindful movement, breath awareness, and alignment to create a holistic experience for students. Yoga has been my path to self-discovery, grounding, and balance since I first began practicing over a decade ago. The practice has not only helped me navigate life’s challenges but has also deepened my connection to my true self. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, certified through Yoga Kula in Berkeley, and passionate about sharing yoga’s transformative power with others. My classes are designed to guide students toward cultivating inner peace, self-compassion, and wisdom.
In my classes, students can expect a welcoming, nurturing environment where they are supported in their practice, regardless of experience level. I focus on offering modifications to ensure that everyone can engage fully and safely in each pose. Through mindful flows, breathwork, and alignment-focused instruction, I strive to create a space where students can reconnect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. My goal is to guide students toward self-discovery, confidence, and joy—on and off the mat.
