I have a rich background in community work, health and social care, and trauma informed practice which offers a unique blend of expertise. I am trained in yoga, meditation, bodywork, coaching and holistic therapies as well as being a woman's holistic health coach, somatic therapist and trauma healing practitioner. I am currently further studying massage therapy, counselling and art therapy. With a passion for enhancing and facilitating personal development through each interaction, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's obstacles and achieve their full potential, unlocking inner strength and resilience that resides within each of us.
