As a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance, I am dedicated to guiding individuals on a transformative journey toward balance, strength, and inner peace. My teaching approach is centered on creating a calm and supportive environment where students of all levels can connect deeply with themselves, cultivate awareness, and find harmony in both body and mind. Each session is thoughtfully designed to blend physical movement with breathwork and mindfulness, empowering students to build resilience, flexibility, and clarity.

Hatha Yoga for All Levels:

Chair Yoga:
