Andrea Teja is a highly intuitive holistic and yogic mentor, with over two decades of experience, Andrea has developed a unique teaching style that blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques, helping individuals connect deeply with their inner selves.
Her practice, Nature’s Rhythm Yoga, is a way to bring balance by living in alignment with nature and to be in the flow of the rhythms, consistency and a rhythmic approach means we can spiral upwards with the cycles and remain in touch with our true essence for our ultimate healing.
Andrea teaches in London, UK, leading a vibrant, conscious community through classes, workshops, and themed events like Yoga Nidra and Energy Alignment. She also offers personalised one-on-one sessions, tailored to meet her clients’ specific goals.

"My path has been shaped by a blend of studies, yoga practice, and motherhood, which have deeply influenced my current work. As an intuitive teacher, I’ve developed my own unique style of teaching that helps others find balance and connection in their lives.
Over the years, I discovered that aligning my practice with the moon’s cycle brought greater depth to my journey, steering my mind to a place of safety and accelerating my personal evolution.
In 2006, I combined everything I had learned from various traditions to create ‘Nature’s Rhythm Yoga’. This holistic practice offers techniques to help people stay present, cultivate patience, and perform at their best, while living proactively in all areas of life. Nature’s Rhythm Yoga equips us with tools to manage anxiety, uncertainty, and stress, reconnecting us with ourselves and reframing setbacks as opportunities for growth.
Currently, I teach classes in East London, and its surrounding areas, offering Nature’s Rhythm Yoga and Yoga Nidra to a conscious, growing community. In addition to group classes, I work one-on-one with private clients, helping them achieve personal goals in flexibility, strength, stability, and balance through tailored postures, meditation, and somatic counselling. My sessions often include body dialogue and breath work to further deepen the healing experience.
I have also organised and hosted a variety of workshops, sharing circles, and themed events, such as ‘Menopause Support Groups’, and ‘New and Full Moon Energy Alignment’. Other offerings include Yin Yoga and holistic gatherings that are aimed at supporting physical and emotional well-being.
In 2022, I launched the *Nature’s Rhythm Yoga Teacher Training* course, born from my passion for yoga and nearly two decades of teaching practitioners from around the world. My vision is to empower more teachers to implement this concept, collectively guiding the world back to its natural rhythm and eco-conscious state.
This is the heart of my vision: to help restore balance, turn the tides, and bring a holistic approach into the lives of others.
I have lived with the trauma of having open heart surgery (at the tender age of 2) and have experienced the full spectrum of life’s emotions—grief, loss, love, abuse, suffering, joy, and peace — regardless I choose to remain grounded, humble, and approachable.
Yoga has taught me to embrace simplicity, remain open, and approach life as a beginner, always eager to learn. The choices we make today shape our future, and I’m committed to helping people feel better, pursue their goals and awaken to their true selves."
