Amy Langston is a passionate and dedicated Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, humbly completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Blue Yoga Nyla under the inspiring guidance of Stacey Reynolds. Currently, Amy is diving deeper into her journey by pursuing her 300-hour advanced training at Blue Yoga Nyla, with a heartfelt intention to continue her studies in Yoga Therapy. When she’s not immersed in learning, you’ll find Amy teaching or practicing at Blue Yoga Nyla, sharing her love for yoga with her community.
Amy brings a rich corporate leadership, learning and development background to her practice, holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Computer Information Systems from the University of Arkansas - Monticello. She also holds a Certificate in Intro to Natural Health and Healing through the University of Arkansas program, enriching her holistic approach to well-being both in private and corporate wellness plans.
Amy’s commitment to service shines through her community seva. She leads yoga sessions as part of a Life Fitness and Nutrition course at the local high school, empowering young minds with tools for wellness. She also offers a private weekly class designed to nurture and rejuvenate the hardworking teachers and staff.
