About Me:

With a passion for holistic healing and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face on the journey to recovery, I am dedicated to guiding and supporting individuals through their process using the transformative power of therapeutic yoga and mindfulness practices.

Credentials & Experience:

I am a 500 Hr Therapeutic Yoga Teacher and a Certified Spiritual Life Coach.  I hold a certification as a Y12SR Peer Support Guide, and have completed numerous specialized yoga trainings to help support people in addiction recovery   I have worked extensively with individuals at various stages of their recovery journey, helping them cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and inner strength through the practice of yoga.

Approach:

My approach to addiction recovery is grounded in compassion, empathy, and a belief in the inherent potential for healing within each individual. Through tailored yoga sessions, breath work exercises, meditation practices, and mindful movement, I empower my students to reconnect with their bodies, manage stress and cravings, and develop healthy coping mechanisms for life's challenges.

Mission:

My mission is to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals in recovery can explore the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, ultimately finding healing, strength, and serenity on their path to lasting sobriety and well-being.
