Betsey Horton is a Yoga Instructor who specializes in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. She completed her 200hr YTTC in Agonda Beach, Goa, India at Bhakti Yogshala in 2024.
During her time as a yoga instructor at the University of South Dakota Wellness Center, she gained a lot of unique teaching experiences. She taught classes in a variety of styles, substituted for other instructors, taught a corporate office session, held one-on-one coaching sessions, and helped organize the 2025 Yoga Festival.
Her other skills include Tarot readings, flyer design, and social media marketing. She also has a passion for yoga history and philosophy.
