I offer 1:1 Yoga Therapy within my Massage Therapy practice.
After analyzing in which areas you can benefit from adding aspects of yoga principles to your daily life, I will give you instructions that you may implement to enhance your life experience and well-being.
You may take notes in order to be able to remember and apply the suggestions in your daily life.
Counseling may include exercises to improve your well-being on a:
- Physical
- Mental
- Emotional
- Environmental level.
Suggestions may include all aspects of yoga such as postures, breathing, meditation, nutrition, daily routines, and yoga philosophy.
Every consultation is entirely tailored for you and designed to give you tools that you may work with to enhance your well-being.
Yoga Therapy is not a replacement for a thorough medical check, diagnosis, or therapy. Please check with your general practitioner if there are any contraindications if you have any doubts.
Andrea Daumas is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
