Namaste lovely people, 

My name is Laura and I have been teaching yoga across 3 different countries, Italy, India, and Sri Lanka, in my most recent year as a Certified teacher. My main style infuses a Hatha backbone, with longer held postures and an alignment-focus, and Vinyasa elements, mainly linking the breath with movement. I am passionate about teaching my students life-changing pranayama and kriya techniques. My students often provide the feedback that my classes provide a balanced blend of challenge and relaxation. "That was incredible" is remarked enough times for my confidence as a teacher to become solidified. Observing the shifts in energy in a given space, and the genuine moments of gratitude at the end of a session, brings me so much joy. 

I have been practicing yogic postures since I was 19 years old, but was on an on and off basis for many years due to a lack of access to an instructor. A few years ago, I became a Karma Yogi which has bestowed me the gift of consistent yoga. I then began to deepen my pranayama, kriya, and meditation practices, which have utterly transformed me. In fact, I had no plans of becoming a yoga teacher, having pursued a Masters degree in Business Psychology, until one day during a beautiful breathwork session, it dawned on me that I would be perfect for the role. Ever since, I have been able to step into my most authentic self, and this has made me so peaceful and happy. I am so grateful to my own teachers who have inspired me, and could only hope that I become a source of inspiration for my own students.
