Dr. Katherine Guevara has been practicing yoga for 10 years & studied under experts specializing in Therapeutic, Trauma-Informed, Restorative, Yin, Iyengar, Prime of Life, Prenatal & Acro Yoga. She enjoys using thematic storytelling for yoga slow flow & to celebrate our connection with nature. She founded Kula Tales which offers Yoga Storytelling in Community and publishes yoga coloring books such as Nature Body. Kula Tales believes yoga sequences that follow a story are more engaging and cultivate a sense of inclusion, belonging, and connection to all beings everywhere. This strengthens our universal kula (family) bond.
