Jessica has practiced yoga since her Junior High School years in 2015. While it wasn't an immediate passion and she didn’t practice consistently when she started, in 2023, during some of her most challenging times at university, Jessica found comfort in yoga. It became her sanctuary, offering peace and grounding as she learned to focus on each practice and embrace the present moment, profoundly shifting her perspective on life. She regularly practices Vinyasa and Hatha, and occasionally delving into Ashtanga as well.
In 2024, Jessica completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training (YTT) at LearnYoga @GudangGudang under the guidance of esteemed Lead Faculty Mona Jahja, Fiska Lukartono, and Rudolf Parma. After graduating, Jessica is eager to share her knowledge through Vinyasa classes for beginners to intermediate practitioners. Jessica offers a fun yet calming class, and hopes to foster a friendly and supportive atmosphere for her students.
