I teach a somatic style vinyasa flow with elements of qigong.
The emphasis in my teaching practice varries widely between classes and the needs of my students. I teach a range of slow to medium intensity vinyasa flows with somatic inquiries as well as qigong forms that follow the changing of the seasons.
I first started practicing yoga in 2008 in Iyengar style. Since then I have practiced many styles including Vinyasa and Yantra Yoga. In 2014 I fell in love with qigong's gentle and nourishing approach to movement meditation.
Because of my love for both yoga and qigong I qualified as a teacher in the Daoist Flow Yoga teacher training program.
