My movement journey started with a dance injury that took me from the studio to the yoga mat—and I’ve never looked back. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training and went on to explore all the ways movement can heal and transform. Along the way, I picked up certifications in Yin Yoga, Senior Yoga, Meditation, Somatic Yoga, and Pilates (Mat, Reformer & Yin), blending it all into a fun, fluid, and feel-good approach to movement.
I’m all about balance—some days, I love a sweaty Vinyasa flow, and other days, I’m deep in restorative movement therapy, helping people reconnect with their bodies through breath, alignment, and mindful movement. My goal? To help you move better, feel better, and create a deeper connection with yourself—both on and off the mat.
