Owner of Evolution Yoga & Wellness Co., located at 122 Market Square in Newington CT.  We offer classes to support you evolution; restorative, yin, gentle, beginners, all-levels, vinyasa, and ashtanga.  

Enjoy a weekly Pop-Up workshop or experience on Fridays at 6:30pm which can include sound healings, breathwork, thai massage, chakra balancing and more.
